Guest Complaints / Recleans
We will return with 24 hours for cleaning complaints resulting from our staff free of charge.
We require the following items to schedule a reclean free of charge.
All payments must be made same-day, before the cleaner leaves your home. We can keep it simple by keeping a card on file.
Reschedule / Cancellations
All Appointments and Services must be confirmed by 10 AM the day of service. Our team is hourly so to compensate them there will be a $30.00 cancellation fee. We will give you two complimentary fee waivers.
Same Day Appointments
Appointments with same-day check-ins will receive priority, ensuring swift service. However, appointments scheduled for a later date will also be prioritized and will be completed by 5 pm. We aim to accommodate all appointments efficiently, offering flexibility and timely service for our clients.
